Sales Terms:

Product sales and shipping to a United States verified address only. Purchases are paid using the PayPal online secure payment process. Payment can be made using Paypal account funds or by using all major credit cards. All payments are processed by PayPal and comply with Federal PCI rules and regulations.

Return Policy:

All sales of new merchandise have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee upon receipt of item. All returns must have a Tech 1 Electronics RMA number issued prior to returning any item. Outside of 7 days, non defective returned items may be returned at Tech 1 Electronics discretion but subject to a 20% restock fee and deducted from any refund. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

All used and Vintage audio items are sold "as is" and are non returnable unless the item is received DOA.

Damages/Claims:

Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported immediately to Tech 1 Electronics. All shipments must be carefully inspected prior to acceptance of delivery. Any compromise of the packaging must be noted on the "bill of lading" provided by the carrier.  All items are insured for the purchased price and the shipping containers must be retained for damaged freight claim inspection by the carrier.

Warranties:

All new items come with the original manufacturers warranty unless specifically expressed by the manufacturer or Tech 1 Electronics.

Used and vintage audio items are sold "as is" and do not have any expressed or implied warranty.
